Ranganathittu
Rangana Thittu is in Karnataka near Mysore. It houses a bird sanctuary on the banks of a huge gorge formed by river Cauvery infested with crocodiles. The photos were taken during a boat ride in twilight hours on the gorge. Breathtaking views indeed.

Somnathpura Temple
Keshav Perumal temple at Somnathpur, near Mysore was built in Hoysala style of architecture with intricate carvings on stone panels, by Somnath, a minister under King Naarasimha III, in 13th century. It is maintained by Archaeological department of Government of India. No puja is conducted in this temple since it is deemed as a historic monument alone.

River Cauvery presents a breathtaking view when it negotiates the hills on its path near Sivana Samudra in Karnataka State of India. I have made a slide show of the pictures taken at Gagan Chuki and Bhara Chuki hills, near Bangalore.
