Centenary of Ramakrishna Home
The Ramakrishna Mission Students’ Home, a humble effort to provide food, shelter and quality education and atmosphere to destitute orphans started by cousins Sri. Ramaswami Iyengar and Sri. Ramanujachari has crossed a milestone of 100 years of sterling service to the needy.
Over the years, the institution has expanded to include a Technical Institute college and also provide boarding to students prosecuting studies in other colleges too.
The Centenary celebrations are being held between 11th and 13th of Febraury, 2005.
The Home has embarked upon an ambitious plan to build a big centenary block of buildings to house Institute workshop and other allied facilities.
